Account deletion

We’ve made it simple for you to delete your account. Follow the steps below:

On the Bruntwood App:

  1. Open the app and log in.

  2. Go to My Profile.

  3. Select Manage Account.

  4. Tap Delete Account.

  5. Enter your password to confirm.

On the Web Portal:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Go to My Account.

  3. Click Delete Account.

  4. Enter your password to confirm.

Confirmation of Data Deleted

  • Gym Waiver responses

  • All account information from our authentication service, which includes your name, email, business address and home location.

Data retained

We need to keep some data for accounting and reporting purposes, this includes;

  • Billing information

  • Invoices and credit notes

  • Bookings

Retention period 

  • We keep your personal information for as long as necessary in accordance with our purpose of processing and legal basis and thereafter in accordance with data protection law. We will then securely dispose of your information. If you require further information in relation to our specific retention periods, please contact us at GDPR@bruntwood.co.uk.

Additional information

  • Users will not be automatically opted out of email communications if previously opted in. These can be separately updated by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email communication from Bruntwood.

  • You will not be able to delete your account until all outstanding invoices are paid.

  • Once accounts are deleted the email address cannot be used again to register for a new account.
