The development of Alderley Park continues as Bruntwood brings 100,000 sq ft of award-winning office space to market.

Parklands is a self-contained, purpose-built office building, overlooking the Park’s farm and woodland. Spread over five floors, it can accommodate space needs from 5,000 sq ft up to the full building and is the first commercial office space to become available at the Park.

Ready for occupation from April 2016 this signals a significant step in the development of the site with further office, laboratory and light manufacturing space coming available throughout 2016, as the refurbishment of a further 300,000 sq ft is completed.

Sharon Johnson, head of regional sales at Bruntwood commented: “We’re excited to be bringing Parklands to market it’s of such a high quality that a building like this is an extremely rare find outside of a city centre market. We are looking to attract a range of office occupiers who are seeking the beautiful countryside setting whilst benefitting from the amenities and community that a site of this scale has to offer.”

The Masterplan for the site has recently been unveiled illustrating ambitious development plans for Alderley Park. As well as continuing to be home to an internationally recognised life science campus, it will also be a place for innovative, forward-thinking businesses from start-ups through to international headquarters. The Masterplan highlights the provision of new sport and leisure facilities, retail and local amenities; creating a vibrant total place for living, working and recreation.

Dr. Chris Doherty, site director for Alderley Park commented: “Alderley Park holds an international reputation for bio and life science. We are creating a place that brings people of similar mind-sets together in a collaborative community. Parklands offers a fantastic opportunity for businesses looking to base themselves in the Park and be an integral part of bringing our vision to life”.
