Today, the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) announces a five-year agreement with family owned Bruntwood, which will see the property experts become headline sponsors of RHS Flower Show Tatton Park from the 2016 Show, 20 – 24 July 2016.

Nick Mattingley, Head of RHS Shows said: “As an exciting and innovative company with a fantastic network of regional contacts, we are delighted to welcome Bruntwood as headline sponsors of RHS Flower Show Tatton Park, which is embraced by the North West each year.

“The RHS and Bruntwood share similar values and ambitions, which include a desire to invest in and improve the wellbeing of local communities and enhance public spaces. We thoroughly look forward to working together over the next five years.”

About their sponsorship, Chief Executive Chris Oglesby said: “Bruntwood are proud to be headline sponsors of the RHS Flower Show Tatton Park for the first time this year. As a family-owned and run property company, based in Manchester, we have a history of forging deep links with the communities in which we operate. We put down roots that create places for business success.

“But we do this the Bruntwood way: we build partnerships with organisations like the RHS, because we want to encourage creativity both socially and culturally – and make a difference. Ultimately, we want our communities, our customers and our colleagues to flourish and prosper.”

Councillor Sam Gardner, Cheshire East Council cabinet member for open spaces, said: “We are absolutely delighted that Bruntwood, a well-known North West property company, is to be the lead sponsor for this year’s RHS Flower Show at Tatton Park. Bruntwood are big supporters of a wide range of public events in the North West, have strong ethical values and believe passionately in investing in communities and community activities. The company has strong links with Cheshire East and we are pleased that the RHS continues to stage this popular event at Tatton Park.”

With 10% of Bruntwood’s profits going towards supporting the arts, charitable, civic and environmental causes, the support of RHS Flower Show Tatton Park is the latest in the company’s portfolio of cultural and community sponsorships. The sponsorship will also provide a platform for showcasing Bruntwood’s commitment to creating sustainable environments that can be handed on to our children and grandchildren.

RHS Flower Show Tatton Park, which entered its eighteenth year in 2016, is a key event in
the North’s cultural calendar bringing communities together to highlight and celebrate the best in local horticultural talent.
