Bruntwood Works Welcomes Trio Of New Customers To Cotton Exchange

Bruntwood Works has welcomed a trio of new businesses to its community of businesses at Liverpool’s landmark Cotton Exchange.

The move sees specialist litigation firm Keller Lenkner UK open its first headquarters in the north of England, having already opened in London, with Keller Lenkner LLC established in Chicago and Washington D.C. The new office will be headed-up by the firm’s head of data breach, Kingsley Hayes, who has previously worked at Bruntwood Works’ The Plaza in Liverpool, and St Hugh's House in Bootle.

Also setting up offices at Cotton Exchange are MarCloud Consulting, a consultancy firm specialising in marketing automation software Pardot and CRM software Salesforce, and Supply Well, a digital platform helping to recruit and retain supply teachers to schools across the UK.

Combined, the trio of new customers have taken more than 3,000 sq ft at the iconic building, showing the increasing demand for flexible workspace from businesses across the city.

Once the nerve centre of the global cotton trading industry, the Grade II listed Cotton Exchange has undergone an extensive transformation and is now home to a wide range of creative and digital businesses, with customers including Yozu and Doris IT.

Situated at the heart of the commercial district, Cotton Exchange offers a range of flexible workspaces including coworking and bespoke membership options to suit freelancers and start-ups, as well as larger leased spaces.

The building has a cutting-edge reception area, a range of meeting rooms, and a series of breakout spaces to encourage collaboration among its community. Amenities include bike storage, showers, a private roof garden and events space in the Old Hall. Bruntwood Works has also collaborated with Farm Urban to install the country’s first hydroponic edible wall in a workspace at the iconic building.

As with all of Bruntwood Works' buildings, Cotton Exchange has been certified COVID-secure by the British Safety Council following an independent audit.

Customers at Cotton Exchange can access Bruntwood Works’ Made & Managed offering, which allows businesses to build a bespoke package of services including utilities, furniture and cleaning for a simple monthly fee, and All Inclusive, a product that combines rent, service charge, insurance and electricity into a single cost that remains fixed throughout a business’ agreement.

The Cotton Exchange building is situated in Liverpool’s Cotton Quarter and includes Cotton House, the front section of Cotton Exchange facing out onto Old Hall Street, which is undergoing an extensive redevelopment programme.
