Bruntwood’s north Liverpool properties “soaring” thanks to port expansion

Bruntwood has reported a 300% increase in deals at its north Liverpool office developments during 2016.

St Hugh’s in Bootle and Burlington House in Waterloo are both located less than two miles from the expanding Port of Liverpool and Bruntwood says they are proving popular with a range of companies in associated sectors such as logistics, HR, marine and engineering.

The family-owned property company says the number of completed deals trebled last year compared to 2015, with a sharp rise in enquiries also recorded in the last three months since the Liverpool2 deep water container terminal opened in November.

A number of office spaces, from 200sq ft upwards, remain available in both buildings but Bruntwood expects those to be filled as Liverpool’s docks continue to grow.
