In partnership with Manchester Digital, the Manchester Tech Incubator is ideal for disruptive data science and innovative technology businesses working in areas such as AI, machine learning, data analytics, blockchain, fintech, cyber security, cloud technologies, VR & AR, Internet of Things, smart cities, and health tech. A minimum viable product is not essential, though businesses should have a core management team in place.
Coworking space and small private serviced offices for 2-12 people are available, and include dedicated business support to access finance and funding, world-class talent, new markets, and the connections your business needs to succeed.

For maximum flexibility, with a simple pay-by-desk rate and leases from just six months, our serviced offices are located in the Tech Incubator. Fully furnished and serviced, meeting rooms are included, as well as an event space for 80 people, a private outdoor garden courtyard, shared kitchen, large breakout and presentation space, and high speed internet connectivity.
