- The Bruntwood SciTech team will work with you to discuss the key milestones which need to be achieved, from both a practical and legal perspective, in order to agree a suitable date for you to move into your new lab space.
- We have an experienced team of professionals on hand to advise on fit out of your lab, project management, health and safety and opportunities for expansion — making it as easy and as straightforward as possible for you.
- Some of our locations have been awarded Enterprise Zone status. This means eligible businesses within the life science and technology sectors can achieve up to £55,000 relief from business rates per annum for a period of 5 years (£275,000 total).Our team will also work with you to advise and support you during the application process.
- We offer a range of science services enabling you direct access to state-of-the-art instrumentation in a flexible and cost effective manner. These services range from open access labs through to waste and logistics services.
