Trespass injunction
Due to repeated incidents of trespass to properties within our portfolio, we have sought an injunction to prevent this from happening again in the future.
A copy of the injunction can be found below and is is in relation to those individuals named within it, present at the time of the incidents (however could not be identified) and any other persons who in the future may attempt to gain access without our authorisation. This forbids such persons from entering Bruntwood properties without our prior permission.
We take the security of our buildings and safety of our staff and employees very seriously and we will take all action necessary to protect our buildings from such activities.
